Julianne Hutley is an accomplished photographer based in Bozeman, Montana. She appreciates storytelling of all kinds, especially with photographic portraiture. She is intrigued by the complexity of people, their passions and nature. She grew up playing competitive soccer in Washington State and continues to play in adult soccer leagues in Bozeman. The game inspired her project “Where Sidelines Intersect”, an editorial following the soccer community in Bozeman. Hutley attended Montana State University, from 2019 to 2024, double majoring in Photography and Business Marketing. During her final exhibition, at the Hotel Baxter, in May of 2023, she showcased her semester-long project “Internal Melodies,” a portrait series exploring identity and reflection. Apart from her love for photography, Hutley finds joy in a variety of activities including; soccer, dancing, skiing, hiking, traveling, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.
